The Fall edition of the Kutztown Radio Meet is September 16-17 at Renninger's on Noble St. in Kutztown, PA (Between Reading and Allentown). Vintage radio enthusiasts, audiophile, jukers and hams welcome. Free camping, free admission to buyers and browsers. This is a family friendly function with no rules, no attitude and no starting gun. 35,000 square feet of antique radios, parts, paper and related electronica, outdoors under a roof. PA Dutch Farmers Market (great food!) and Antique Mall on site. With 200+ tables full, our Spring event broke all attendance records, attracting buyers and sellers from over twenty states and foreign countries . While attendance and participation at most antique radio functions is dwindling, the Kutztown Radio Meet is the only event of it's kind on the East Coast that continues to grow. Vendors, make your reservations now. Complete details at http://www.dvhrc.org

Since camping overnight at the Kutztown radio meet isn't for everybody, as a public service, here's a link to civilized lodging in the area:

No campout for me (I'm coming after work on Saturday morning), but I'll be there, along with a friend of mine. Now if I can only get him to join us.

Look for the Gobs of Knobs Field Office at Booths 321/321-A. I have ten or twelve thousand knobs available for vintage radio/hi-fi/tv/test gear. Bring your orphan knobs along for potential on-the-spot reunions.
