I bought some of the Luxman gear that was for sale for the website a few weeks back. I won an ebay auction for a matching tuner. I live in the foothills and I can say this is a very nice tuner. I just hooked up a 6 ft y wire and I'm bringing in stations I've never got before. Theres a local station that is all classical but I could never get it good and now I can. Just thought I'd let you know. Thanks.

I've got a Luxman TU-117 tuner. It is by far the best sounding solid state tuner that I have ever had in my system. It is still not the sonic equal of my old tube Mac MR-67 tuner, but it is the only tuner I have ever heard in my system that is not put to complete shame by the Mac. But, I've never had my hands on one those super delux Kenwoods, or Sansui's, so I'm hardly an authority on this subject...

I picked up a Luxman T 100 at a thrift shop and liked it but wasn't ready to replace my beloved old Fisher T 200. Then I won a Luxman T 310 on e-bay and guess what? It replaced the Fisher. Wow, what a nice sounding tuner! And, very sensitive too. I have a Mac MX 113 that after some repair was going to be in my main system as a tuner with extra imputs but, now I'm in no hurry to have it worked on.
