Mainly aimed at the digital camera users who do printing on ink jets.
What's you favorite inkjet paper?
I use Kodak Ultima Picture Paper, it is 270g/m2, 250microns. Comes in glossy or Matte, I prefer the glossy :thmbsp:
I like this paper because the prints come out really well, and look like they have come from a 'print house' the colour is super, and bright. Oh and it feels like real photo paper

Ive been using canon's Photo paper plus glossy. But i also have a canon printer so they mate well. My only gripe, is that my photos seem to fade somewhat even when they arent in direct sunlight. But I guess most pictures probbably do. And that nobody locally sells the paper so i have to order it online. At least i dont print out Too many of my photos.
The quality of the paper and the printer is just like what you would get from a professional place though so overall im pretty pleased.
I prefer using Kodak's "Premium" or "Ultima" 61 lb. high gloss paper for things that are going to be framed. Have never had any probs with fading, even with exposure to UV. Have tried Epson and HP papers too, but wasn't always thrilled with the results.

Wow! An old thread from four years ago. One year before I became a member.
Anyway, I like the Epson papers myself. The satin and super glossy look very good.

Costco Paper which is made by Ilford in Sweden and is the same as Ilfords Glossy. BUT way cheaper. A 150sht package is about $19.00 if I remember correctly I use it with my Canon iP6700D printer and ONLY Canon ink.
To the best of my observations I have had no fading in the last 5 years I have been using the Paper and the Canon ink although this is a different printer then I started out with that one was a iP960 I think and I flat wore it out.

I've been using Moab Entrada Rag Bright 190 on an Epson 2400. Sometimes I coat the print with Dorlan's wax to enhance the blacks.
