Hi Guys and gals seems like all i have is questions.How do you get the door that you put tape in off.Got this thing off ebay and on the recording side it's missing one of the tape rollers.I got the new part.Anybody got a service manual they could scam in page on taking door off and putting roller in or just tell me Thanks Mushy :)

Seems like overkill to me getting the service manual just to take the door off.
You will probably have to open the thing up (making sure the power is out) and probably remove the offending mechanism from the deck. Sometimes you may have to remove the front panel, often on decks such as what I suspect you have, remove the screws that hold the mechanism to the front panel from inside the deck, don't touch anything here that you shouldn't. Often the screws that you are looking for are coloured pink.
Then it's either a case of gently prying the plastic hinges away from the metal pivots to pop the door out (be careful of the spring) or undoing some other screw.
It should be obvious when you look at it, if not look carefully and think about it and come back to it, you may be surprised.

That's the best way to tackle these sorts of problems, just by looking and thinking. There are so many things that are not covered in manuals anyway (especially for this sort of thing).
Congratutions :banana: Hope you get lots of fun out of the unit and a great sense of achievement that comes with fixing such a thing.
It's one of the best ways to learn.
