Here is my favorite recipe from that site, only It would need to be slightly tweeked.
You would need to change it to 6 bottles of ale. 1/2 for the recipe and the rest to get drunk enough to eat them.
Brussels Sprouts with Beer
2 lb Brussel Sprouts
4 oz Bacon
2 Garlic cloves;chopped
1/2 c Ale
Trim brussel sprouts of limp leaves, then cut an 'X' in the base of each stalk. Bring a large pan of water to a boil, add sprouts and back back to a boil. Boil 1 minute, then drain and run cold water over until cool. Cut sprouts in half.
In separate skillet, saute bacon 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute til bacon is crisp. Add sprouts and saute til warmed through. Pour in beer and bring to a boil. Simmer till sprouts are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in gratin dish and reheat, covered at 350F for 10 minutes or till hot. Or leave in skillet and reheat in it. Serves 8.

You could have them bronzed like they do with baby shoes?
Then hang them on a chain like Alec Baldwin had in “Glenn Garry Glenn Ross”. OK so he had brass balls but all your friends would be jealous of your Bronzed Brussels Sprouts.

Emeril's recipe:
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, base and outer leaves trimmed, and halved
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil and add the Brussels sprouts. Cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
In a large saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons of the butter over medium-high heat. Add the shallots and garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add the sprouts in 1 layer and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and when melted, add the walnuts and cook, stirring, until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sprouts, and stir well to coat and warm through.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Serve immediately.

This seems about right to me. I take it that 1/2 c ale means 1/2 a case with 24 bottles to the case

This past week, my wife purchased a jar of pickled brussels sprouts, Kroger brand, dill flavour. So far, the jar has remained unopened, so I cannot report on the quality of the product -- Foe
