I think it is the passive crossover made for the DQ10 and a single one of the Dahlquist subwoofers. I believe it was designed by Carl Marchiasatto (I've terribly mangled the name, but he went on to make the Alon range of speakers which are quite reminiscent of the later Dalquists). If I am correct, it is a well regarded piece, but at its best being used with exactly those speakers.

The seller is a PERFECT example of someone who knows nothng about what he is saying. Talk about a candidate for the BS'er award of the year. He only left out that it would double the horsepower of a Honda Civic if used in a system in the car.
