Anybody else see his tearful apology today? I must admit I would be the same way if I found out not only would I lose 800,000 salary but also have to pay back 1.7+ million of my signing bonus as well as not play the rest of the year. That and no team with a winning record will want him next year.
Sure is expensive being arrogant.

sad part is teams will be fighting over this ahole..
he gets it done on the field for the most part,if i was nfl commishiner i would suspend him indefinitly.
this guy is a total jackass, and should never be alowed to play again.
guess im ol school, let your play do the talking, and keep your mouth shut..

We were talking about that last night:

"Some team that sucks will pick him up," Jason said.

"Yeah," I replied, "The Niners!"

Maybe Detroit where he can be with Jeff Garcia again. ;)

How about the Cowboys. TO and Keshawn Johnson in the same lockerroom! Yikes!

The saddest thing is, this man has the skills to be a Hall of Fame player, and his character (or lack thereof) will keep him, and most likely anyone he plays for out of the HOF. I can't see why any team would want him, simply because of the damage he'll do to the team from the inside out. He's the anti-Jerry Rice.

Saw him and Rosenhaus on Sportscenter today. What a bunch of jackasses.

But some GM will pick him up because despite of his attitude he's got the goods, no two ways about it.

But I wonder who?? Remember all the crapola with him getting traded to Baltimore? He started crying and got the traded killed so he could get traded where he wanted to go, and that was to play with his "pal" McNabb in Philly.
Didn't that turn out wonderful??

I'll bet he shows up in Oakland or Washington. The Raiders thrive on "misfits" (but TO may even be too much for them) and any team fielding Randy Moss and TO would have defensive coordinators jumping off cliffs. And the owner in Washington will do whatever it takes to buy a title. Maybe Minnesota too

No way he ends up in Washington. Pre return of Gibbs yes but not now. Gibbs has always been a team guy. Thats why they got rid of Laveranues Coles and Rod Gardner in the off season.

bad enough we got warren sapp, doesnt talk much anymore(thank god),now that he is older and slower.
just like oakland though,to pick up a so called a+ list player(troublemaker).
usually past their prime, rate hes going,he will qualify.

T.O to the Raiduhs. Butthole bookends. We could watch them fighing over passes. The team would implode even worse than ever with those two.

Did anyone see the Chiefs punk the Raiduhs - again??

Ever since I was a teenager (30 and more years ago), Oakland has been a penalty-rich team. The faces change, but the style does not. I think that Turkey Obnoxious would be a match.

his attitude makes me respect even more players like Marshall Faulk, Holt and Bruce...the quiet power trio.

I AM A Raiders fan. I honestly believe that Al Davis will get this clown. He just has a knack for getting teams cast offs. I have been turning my head on The Raiders. I just do not care for Randy Moss and his antics. To would push me over the edge.

Can you believe that T.o. was paid 12 million total the last two years!

I may have to jump back on the Steelers bandwagon.

A life long Raiders fan! I think!

Oh the mental picture bill! I could just see them two running thier routes short, just so they could fisticuff in the middle of the field. "My ball"... "No Mine"... Yeah it'd be great to have a couple of turds on your team.... Not!

It's a shame to waste such talent. I'm not criticizing the team for their action but the man himself. He is so talented, to bad he doesn't let his game speak for itself. Not that I think that seperates him from other pro athletes but he pushes it to the breaking point. And you never attack a team mate [or an organization you're still playing for!] in public. Dumb and classless!

Eh, the Eagles proved they don't need him on Monday. They were just as potent if not better without him as they are with him. The loss against the Redskins was fluke. Sure, the Cowboys beat them but both teams played one hell of a game!

I'm not an Eagles fan but KUDOS to the Eagles for shitcanning T.O. and still getting the job done! It would have been even more sweet with a win but hey, they had the Cowboys beat until they made one mistake and the Cowboys capitalized on it. When teams are that closely matched, that's what it takes to win, the other team making a mistake.

The guy is the biggest asshole is sports period. There is no "I" in TEAM and there is most assuredly no "TO". I wish no team would pick him up but someone will figuring they can turn him around. Won't happen, any time he doesn't get the ball or the team is losing he will start all over again.

ESPN is saying he will most likley go to the Broncos. Good I hate the Broncos.

I'm not sure that he's the biggest Ahole, but right now his moon is shining the brightest of them all. Moss can top T.O. I think, just wait.

Some of these clowns are making more $$ in a year than I'll make in my life. For that kind of money, just shut up and play. It's such a rare gift to have that kind of ability - and earning power!

I have to disagree with you here. In an ESPN interview last weekend Moss acknowledged he has issues, something Owens has never done. Randy Moss more than has his share of personality issues, but he has never publicly trashed his teammates and coaches, something T.O. has done repeatedly. Randy Moss has elevated selfishness to an art form. Owens is boorish, petulant, and childish.

They're both jerks, but Moss has potential to grow up and become a man.

billinkansas

OK. I'd be very impressed to see that. Moss does have a longer public history of his issues than Owens. Owens has trumped him of late.

Of all the buttplugs though, I think the Raffys and Bonds (allegedly) are the real big jerks with their go juice.
