Was making my homemade pizza and since I couldn't find my regular non-stick pizza pan, I used another "non-stick" metal pan. Well, low and behold, the pizza wouldn't remove from the pan.
I've heard of pizza stones. Does anyone have experience with these and could you recommend a supplier? Perhaps on the net?

Leave it in your oven all the time on the bottom rack to help eliminate hot spots.

got it from "Pampered Chef" works great. Also use it for baking cookies and such.
