What is 'the' listening room?

If you are referring to 'listening room' in the context of the Fest, go to the 2005 folder, and look at the pics. Several hotel rooms with gear set up. You can go from room to room, listening to all types of systems, and do comparisons. I used a favourite LP of mine, on several different systems. Beware, though. It just may change how you feel about your own system.

...thanks...I figured that is what you were all refering to, just the 'signing up'
was throwing me off...but now I understand; you can bring your own records...very cool.

The 'signing up' has to do with members showing off their own gear, in some of the listening rooms. Other rooms have vendors showing their wares. You can hear your own LP's or CDs. It is really a cool experience, and you will meet some really great people. I know that I did, last year. You will make some great friends.
