Although I am not a fan of rap music, this movie was great, from the first scene to the ending credits. Great story line, great acting, and a very edgy soundtrack, that included blues, soul, and rap. :thmbsp:

The story made the Commercial Appeal here. The producers withheld and/or delayed payment to the actors and related staff. I skimmed the article a couple of months ago. What has happened since then, I don't have a clue. I have yet to see it.

Wow, I passed up on renting in two nights ago because I figured it was a typical "BET" movie. I will definately watch it now, after seeing your review.
