OK, I have to tell you I was smirking :yes: as soon as I opened my mail box and pulled out the standard #10 business envelope with a return address of the eBay'er I bought 2 fuse lamps off of recently.

Envelope????

<IMAGES NO LONGER AVAILABLE>

That's the envelope and the "packing material' - 1 large kleenex sheet! The reminants of the two fuse lamps are in that plastic baggie.

<IMAGES NO LONGER AVAILABLE>

And here are my new fuse lamps. :withstpd:

Nice work, stupid! Glass in an envelope.

Thats terrible. I'm amazed the tissue didn't work.

You might want to edit out your address.

These are fuse lamps XAMR9S HO which I believe are 8 V 300 ma. The service manual, of course, only gives you the Technics part numbers:

<IMAGES NO LONGER AVAILABLE>

amd they show 3 for meters - but in fact 2 are meter and 1 is light for the cassette well. I can meter the supply voltage it that helps.

If you have suitable lamps. PM me.

Thanks,

Paul
