I was wondering what to check first in a SX-3900 that won't put out any sound.
The relay is not clicking in at all.

Thats sounds like toasted drivers. try to measure the DC offset, but not at the output connector. This will be zero if the relay is open. You must go in and measure befor the relay (at the contacts, or on the amp board output)
