that website has different models than the particular one im looking for. they have porsche 356/911/912/914. i am looking for a steering wheel for a porsche 944. this is one of the few front engine watercooled models porsche did. the others included 928/968/924/944/951. the 944 interior came in 2 different styles, one from 83-85.5, a newer style from 85.5 to like 91 or somethin. the earlier one has a different interior with a three spoke steering wheel. this is the one i am looking for.

Most of the people on that website are junkies! Even if it is not listed one of the people with a porsche habit might have a line on one. I would place a wanted ad for the hell of it was me. I tend to scrounge whatever VW or Porsche stuff I can find and sell it off! My dad does the same thing (but he buys out barns full of parts!) and goes to swap meets around the east coast. Good Luck!

i am signed up with rennlist right now and have been for awhile. i put a thread on there and only one person said he may get one in a week. i am tryin to get a definite lock on one of these puppies. i would convert to a momo wheel, but im tryin to keep my car stock. i would restitch my wheel, but the plastic on the back is broken and the leather is pretty bad so its not worth it. i guess they come up from time to time on ebay, but one just went for like 61 bux, which frankly seems ridiculous to me. thanx for that parts heaven link ill check there from time to time.

is this the type you're looking for? I don't have this one, just saw an ad for a 1983 car for sale and saw the pic of the steering wheel. Here in SoCal.
