My stereo wiring looks like that and I don't even have an HT! If we decide to go to an HT setup, I am not looking forward to the wiring mess!!

My wiring is ugly, after getting it all done.

But the final result is worth the work. Love the DVD movies.:)

The blue ones are pretty. I got some myself, $5 ea at Best Buy when buying the 3 pack. As good as Monster I would wager for much less money.

It's gonna get worst since I am unsatisfied with the music playback compared to with my Lux pre amp so back in goes the lux now I gotta go get three more IC's and 7 more Y's! :mad: To be able to wire everything together!

My HT includes the DD receiver, two hi-fi VCRs, a DVD, two power amps, two big powered subs, two pair of 12-inch, 3-ways for the center, a pair of 12-inch, 3-ways for the R & L, and a pair of 8-inch, 3-ways for the surrounds.

Just the stereo stuff a a nest of snakes, too. This morning (I took the day off) I had to go back THREE times to figure how the Denon amp was connected to get music!
That set of shelves includes three amps, three preamps, two cdp's, two tuners, and two cassette decks. And the KR-9600 on the bottom. Oh, and four pair of speaker systems.

HT receiver
4 pairs of speakers

Then you can add for music listening:

And just for looks:

Dynamic expander

IC's:

17 pairs of Stereo RCA's from 3' to 20'
3 sets of yellow, red, white AV RCA's
2 sets of the progressive scan video inputs
13 Y splitters

And of course miles of speaker cable.
