I picked up a good bit of test equipment and I dont need it all.

HP 400D vaccume based volt meter $25 bucks plus shipping

Leader Vaccume based Oscope. $25 bucks plus shipping
Does not come with a probe but it does have a piece of coax. You can use it to at least trace signal.
