Car is a project. I've been driving it daily for 2 years. Would make a great restoration or drag car project, but I no longer have the space or funds to continue the project. Engine block needs repair, as coolant seeps out of a hairline crack (pictured) I've tried patching it, but the block needs to be blasted and brazed. Engine does not smoke and has ~140 compression on all cylinders. 3 speed manual - column shift was rebuilt a year ago along with clutch, pressure plate, and a resurfaced flywheel.

Car has never been wrecked. Body is straight minus small driver fender dent (pictured) Surface Rust in most places, but some cancer forming on the rear quarters and passeger door. Floor pans are solid, as is the trunk. Fun to drive around, gets compliments even beat. About 18MPG city, 22 Hwy.

Over 3k invested with recepits and records. Asking 1750 or best offer. i prefer a local cash-in-hand sale. i have all paperwork and clear title. Car is registered in california until January of 2007. Original milage unknown because Speedo has never worked since I bought the car. Nylon drive gear is stripped and a new gear will need to be made.

new front end
new brake hardware and hydraulics
new suspension
rebuilt tranny, clutch, pressure plate, and resurfaced flywheel
electrical work including voltage regulator, instrument regulator. Repaired fuel sender
Super six conversion with carter 2bbl properly rebuilt with throttle shaft bushings.
Milled head, ported, larger intage and exhaust valves (harden seats also)from 318 installed.

When I was a kid, I lusted mightily after the Barracuda that was essentialy this car w/that HUGE back window...Then I talked to a guy in college whose family had one. He said, yeah, the big back window was kewl alrite-until it got over 60 degrees, & then it tended to cook everthing inside the car....that was sorta B4 EVERYTHING automotive had an a/c, it must have been rough.-Sandy G.
