Shawn Phillips - Second Contribution (1970) :

I have a recording of this LP on a SA-60 TDK tape made the year of 1982, incredibly it sounds very good - as good as the first play - and I have played it many times.

At that time I was around 15 years old and this LP sounded good to me so I recorded but only the B side. At the time this is one of my best recordings, that is like art (free, authentic) and as audio (clear, focused).

I have found many other recordings from Shawn Phillips in the internet but I have no references, may be someone has hear more LPs of Shawn.

I've got Second Contribution on vinyl.

I've always loved She Was Waitin' For her Mother At The Station In Torino And You Know I Love You Baby But It's Getting Too Heavy to Laugh. Stupid title, great song.
