View Full Version : Venus HiFi BC question smog 03-05-2006, 12:00 AM what speakers do you think are a good match for the CS integrated in a 12 x 12 room? thanks in advance, smog BrianB 03-09-2006, 02:38 AM Hi Smog, Your 12' x 12' room is perhaps the most important limiting factor here, and you will probably want to get some smaller speakers, as they tend to be more flexible than big ones when it comes to positioning. That being said, I have recently received several different minimonitors that I've been able to try out with my Blue Circle CS integrated, and while the amp has been able to drive all of them very well, my favorite small speakers for the CS is still the Reynaud Twin, which has recently been updated by the factory. Regarding the Compass, this too makes for a great match with the Blue Circle CS. (In fact, I showed off exactly this combination at last year's AK-Fest!) And the Compass would also work very well in your room.
