onboard 16 bit intel sound
onboard 3-com 10/100 (think its the 905)
Windows Xp Pro installed, but I can wipe the drive for your preferred operating system if desired.
Very Linux and windows driver friendly
$120 negotiable. I'll toss in a good 14" monitor, keyboard, and mouse if needed.

a 2.4 kernel will support this computer easily. windows 2000 and newer will also support it well.
