I loved (and love) British music from the late seventies through the eighties. I remembered a song I loved from back then, but didn't remember the name. Thanks to allmusic.com (a great site) I identified the tune.

Thence to ebay to snipe the CD dirt cheap. Just got it yesterday. Gotta love the internet.

"Skin Deep" by the Stranglers. Wonderful tune. Played it in the car this morning for my 7-yr old on the way to school, after which he said, "pretty good song, Daddy."

Confound it all.....can find chords to most of their other songs but not "Skin Deep," not without paying of course.....my quest continues undaunted.

Anyone know the chords? There are only about 4 of them.
May have to figure them out by ear.
