I own an AKAI GX-635D Open Reel Deck and one of the fuse bulbs for the VU meters has gone bad. Does anybody know where I can get replacement bulbs for this ? The only marking on the bulb is "10V" and below that it says "H". (See Attached Picture) Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I got them from Bob at Vintage Electronics bob@vintage-electronics.net The ones he sold me did not have metal ends, but had wire leads. I soldered them to the clips and they work great, looks brighter than the original ones. They also sell some fuse lamps at Parts Express http://www.partsexpress.com but they are not as bright.
