A friend gave me " The Real Frank Zappa Book" for my birthday this year. I thought it was a great read.
Anyway, when I retire in a couple of more years I'm thinking about moving up to Montana and raising me up a crop of Dental Floss.
Happy listening.........Joe

I had picked up this book a while back and it was quite interesting to read:
(I didnt know Frank was so into classical music, especially Bartok)

I picked up Music by Frank Zappa/ Omnibus Wind Ensemble the other day. See above post and link.
It's a great SACD.
I had a lady friend over who happens to enjoy classical/jazz music. I put the disc on and she kept remarking about the wonderful compositions. When she inquired about the composer and I told her Frank Zappa she thought I was joking. The expression on her face was priceless.
Track 2: How Could I Be Such A Fool, is a hauntingly beautiful melody.
