merrylander shipped me a receiver by UPS ground, made it to NC in record time without so much as a crushed corner on the box.
I have had packages (lately) that were pounded, smashed, busted open and covered in footbrints (BOOT prints more likely). A box with "Fragile" stickers on each side was crushed, broken open, and looked like the driver got it here by tying it to the bumper with a long string.
Merrylander's box was clean and whole and it suprised the heck out of me.
Rob attributes it to the amount of insurance he applied for. YMMV.
