I just got this Led Zep two record set titled "The 1975 world tour."
Recorded 1975 at the Montreal Forum. Is this a bootleg?
Damn, it sounds like it. If it is, is it worth anything?
thanks

I found this after a little googling is it this one (http://www.stryder.de/1975_feb.html)
Is it that one?
I didn't find anything on ebay tho...
Bootlegs and Roios tend to not sound too great, they are more about the "history" behind them than sound quality, this is especially true of older bootrlegs, as portable recording equipment wasn't of good quality.

I'm not sure about that show, but the new DVD sure does look cool.

I have the "live in seattle" Bootleg. Years ago our local record store had a section just for "bootlegs" and "imports" Was reputed to be the largest seller of imports west of the mississippi.
Most bootlegs sound like a 4" speaker in the bottom of a trash can running 10% distortion. My doors Bootleg "at the wiskey"
is not bad.
I bought the bootleg of Zep because 1. I was at the concert. 2. at that time Zep had not put out a live album..
I suspect that bootlegs are much better now.

Jerry,
This bootleg sounds worse than music coming out of a five dollar am radio that had been run over by a car.:) It is Led Zep, so for me, it's just nice to look at.
