Does anybody have a copy of this song on cd? Was it ever available on any kind of album, compilation album, or movie soundtrack? I would love to have a copy of it. IMHO no music collection should be without certain works...such as the Soft Cell version of Tainted Love, Flashlight by Parliment, and this one from M. Remembering it makes me want to do the bannanna
So if anyone knows how I can track down a copy on cd please let me know.
Regards

Or "Get Off" by Foxy either :lmao:
Now if I could just figure out who did the song Girl Watcher about the same time as the aforementioned song and Sharp GF-9191s were the rage I'd be happy as poop.

It's called Pop Muzik by M. It's on a ton of compilations. Look at allmusic (http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=33:t92uak8k0mdp).

WOW! Now there's a song that brings back memories! I had a college girlfriend who had the lyrics memorized (..boogie with a suitcase, forget about the rat race...) and a dorm-mate (Howie--the "Wolf-man"--looked JUST like Wolfman Jack) who had the biggest Technics receiver (the MONSTER) with the BIGGEST Technics monitor speakers and he loved to play that song along with Kraftwerk's (We are the Robots). Man did that dorm floor rock with his stereo in the 1979-80 era (at old Syracuse University!)

"I'm A Girl Watcher" by The O'Kaysions, 1968. Gin-joint band from WAY down south...

Nope, that's not the one Sandy. I don't think it made the Billboard charts, more of a B side song I believe done by someone around the same time as Parliament and Slave, KC and the Sunshine Band and Foxy. I think I was about 1st/2nd grade in Germany so that would put it right around 76'ish.
