Concerning The McIntosh Video Processor (V-1000)....
Will this new unit have any built-in circuitry for room correction, and if so, can the settings be stored?

Jay, the VP1000 is a two zone video processor. Any line rate in to any line rate out up to 1080P through HDMI. It has no audio capabilities.
Thanks,

Even unusual line rates like a 576P 16:9 display? (Infocus Screenplay 5700)
Thank-you ron-c,

Yes. The VP1000 is Pal and NTSC compliant. Most consumers of this piece will be looking at the 720 or 1080 line rates the modern displays are using.

Will the new processor do 3:3 pulldown? I believe at least some of the new Blu-Ray players will be able to output film-sourced material at 24fps, and it would be great to be able to project/display this material at 72 fps.
