Well, if it gets used, it stays. If it grows spider webs, it's gone. Pretty simple.

Hey all,
I hope it stays around for a while.
Though, I do enjoy other forums, this is one of the very few that my WebTV still works with.
That is important to me.
People are always like....."why dont you just get a REAL computer"
I usually don't say much in reply.
Heck....I've had 3 "modern computers.
All had gotten horrible viruses and collapsed miserably.
I know....I know.....
Get a better firewall.
Well.....
Forget that noise.
I don't want to constantly be spending time and money upgrading, reconfiguring, ect...
Not my cup of tea.
I've lived without a dedicated computer for a long time.
I would rather spend the few extra bucks on my 2 teenagers or garage sale gear.
Besides, I'm only 33 going on 34.
When I was young, I was programming my Vic20/C-64/Apple 2E/ect.
So....I have my time in with computers.
Not like i'm afraid or skeptical, just sick of the BS surrounding the release of new technology and how that relates to affordablity.
It's a scam, IMO
I guess i'm kinda waiting for it to reach some sort of pinnacle, before I commit to anything new.
Aside from the fact that i'm all about vintage, anyway, I just don't see it as a priority.
My WebTV POS is not only secure, it's isolated from me and any related info about me.
That is...at least to the degree which is allowed by such a service.
No pop-ups, banners, ect
Very little spam.
And at 20 bucks, a month, you can't go wrong.
The speed isn't the fastest, but i'm not expecting too much.
I'm mean come on.....have fast do we really need, anyway?
O.K.
End rant.
:)
Let's keep this section of this VERY cool site going for a long time.
Just simply out of respect for PWK.
Any way we can expand the company and name is beneficial to all stereo afficianados.
I own a hundred set of various speakers from various manufatures and I can say with certainty....Klipsch trumps many, if not all.
Hands down.
Of course, this is only my 2 cents, but I stick by it wholeheartedly.
Regards,
John

Looks like a lot of folks from the Klipsch forum are starting to migrate over.

Every other weekend or so. However, I tend to follow the McIntosh forum more.
