Simple baste for whole salmon:
8 tablespoons of butter
1/4 of ground oregano
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
combine by heating in a small pot. Brush onto fish on both sides. Apply plenty of salt and pepper to the inside. Let sit for 1 + hour. Then put on hot grill over foil as shown for 30 min. max.
Enjoy with a good dry white wine :banana: :banana: :banana:
