Can any projectors today be used in the daylight/daytime?

And what type / gain screen?

Just about any pj / screen combo is going to suffer from outside light. Most will be watchable, but they will truly shine (ha ha) in a dark environ. usually, the brighter the pj (coupled with a lower gain screen) the better the pic quality with ambient light. Some screens work better rejecting ambient light.

Also, i suppose you are talking about front projectors.
