I would think so, I paid $300 for my RA870. Factor in Canadian dollar and the fact that it was a consignment sale which usually bumps the price 20 percent.

This is the amp that put Rotel on the budget audiophile map, it is highly regarded and built like a tank on the inside, boring on the outside. Nice soundstage, twin power supply - nice stuff
