Looks like a KG 4.2 (http://www.klipsch.com/product/product.aspx?cid=135&dmore=True&rmore=False).

One possible benchmark to consider - Some KG 5.2's recently went for $275 on ebay. These were the next model up in the Klipsch line. Your purchase price should at least be less than that for the 4.2's. KG' 4's, which some might argue are better speakers, though older than the 4.2, seem to go for around $250.

I would pay the hundred.
I bought mine for $350 back in '03, they were pristine. I ended breaking even when a pair of KSF-10.5's came along.
For a hundred bucks you won't lose money on the resale should you decide to part with them.
