Hey, all... Looking for advice on finding a used keyboard for my kids to screw around with. I know NOTHING about the various models, but think I know what I want.

Used. Quality build. Full size. Feel and action more like a real pro instrument, not lighweight plastic toy. Folding stand. No built-in speakers. I am less interested in how many bells and whistles on board, rather I am more interested in a fat sound and a good feel. I have seen Roland. Korg. Yamaha. No idea what they are of what they do. No idea what they cost. Are there used units available fairly cheap?

Any recommendations on such a keyboard? Where to look?

I have a few guitars and have amps and PA speakers to go with them. Tons of old stereo equipment. I plan to run the keyboard through a Trace Elliot head guitar amp and a Eminence PA monitor.

I want it to sound great, better to keep the kids' attention.

I could use a stereo amp and a loudspeaker. I have a single Mirage that is doing nothing.
