OK, it's time to out myself. Oh, some of you had glimpses, had your doubts (Army, toze), but I'm putting it on the line.

What's with this 'Todays Classical' crap? That's way yesterday.

And that twang stuff that no one else has ever heard?

Yeah, for a long time the only 'modern' music I've listened to came from country. I refused to listen to today's music. But no more hiding.

I've been listening to XM's channel 20. A few songs I've gotten to like (well, at least tolerate) :thmbsp:

Gnarles Barkley 'Crazy'
Shakira 'Hips Don't Lie'
Pussycat Dolls 'Buttons'
Kelly Clarkson 'Walk Away'
Blue October 'Hate Me'
Nelly Furtado 'Promiscuous'
Red Hot Chili Peppers 'Dani California'
Fergie 'London Bridge'
The Fray 'Over My Head'
Cherish 'Do It To It'

Don't know that I'd buy an entire CD from any of the above, but hey, I always was a pop music type anyway

In all seriousness, good for you! I have often wondered if I've kept myself from enjoying music because I'm so judgmental of some genres.

Enjoy!

Hey!!! I resemble that remark :dammit:

As I age I'm daily getting younger...and this music is speeding me on my way

Hinder 'Lips of an Angel'
Nickelback 'Far Away'
Fort Minor 'Where'd You Go'
Snow Patrol 'Chasing Cars'

What were we talking about? Oh, no one is here :scratch2:

Quick toze, while you're in Ray's area, burn him a comp from your computer. It doesn't matter which one - just burn one. Run it over to his house. Put it in the cdp and hit the play and repeat buttons. Tie him to a chair, and make him listen. This is an emergency here (except maybe for the Snow Patrol), kinda like the Betty Ford Clinic for music.

Oh, still afraid to admit your addiction?

These were the excuses I used when someone came by....

Just yanking your chain a bit.

And JD- have you listened to the music toze carries around?

Now, a nice compilation of some of your country tunes may straighten me right out :thmbsp:

And as an aside, your post from awhile ago, XM does have a classic country station. Just an FYI from...the reyneman

Now playing- some classical crap, who cares who composed it, not like they're around to notice.
