Last i updated, the 2270 needed lamps.
I went ahead and lamped her, tightened all the parts like transformer, caps, etc.
Checked resistances and such.
She ready to roll with the 2265B now.
Here is a couple of pics of it lit up with the others.
It looks brighter in person, the light from the blinds is messing my image up a tad bit.

Nice. Are you running some HT multi-channel set-up?

Do you play the one on the bottom or even the one in the middle, I'm asking about ventilaion issues, my ideal system will be spread out on wall mount stands horizontally around the room so I can play all of them when the mood strikes. seems like lots of AKers stack their rigs.

How do you like using that chrome baker's rack to hold your gear? I've looked at those but have wondered if they're sturdy enough to support the weight. I like them because they'd make access easier, but I've got a lot of big ol' heavy gear (like yours) to stack up. How's it work for you?

Yes, I play the middle set of speaks(modded L100s) on the bottom receiver, the bottom speaks(stock L100s) on the middle receiver, and my set of advents on the top receiver.

They were built with stacking in mind I believe.
Notice Marantz purposefully made all of them the same width. The cassette decks, tuners, etc are all the same width.
The feet are pretty tall as well.
I might mount 80mm fans on the backs one day, but I haven't had a problem yet.
I would have all of them set out individually, but I don't have the space...sigh
Now if I were using 3 2325s or something, I would be worried, but these 22xx series don't produce much heat.
Here is a thread with my entire rack displayed. The wired racks are my favorite. The ones I buy can hold 500lbs a shelf, regular ones hold 350lbs per shelf.

We had racks exactly (at least they look like it) like that when I worked at a Pizza hut part time. We had 'em stuffed to the gills with 40lb bags of flour, floor to ceiling, and they didn't even begin to bend or even sag in the middle. Those racks are damn near bulletproof.

Likewise, that is why I got 2x of the same area of wpc for each set of speaker.
2325 are pulling $500+ in some cases, but I got the 2265B for free and the 2270 for $150 BIN on ebay..

Thanks for the compliments everyone, just let me know when ya'll are tired of all my pictures..lol
