To say I'm picky about my stuff would be an understatement. Ok, I admit I'm anal retentive. So, that leaves lots of opportunities for me to be disappointed about stuff I don't have total control of. Well let me say here and now - Venus Hi-Fi is a top notch company. I attribute this totally to Brian. He is a true professional, music lover and all around nice guy. No I'm not getting paid for this. I just find it refreshing to find a company I like doing business with. I could have bought my new Shanling CDP locally, but gave my business to Venus Hi-Fi. That in itself speaks volumes.

Thank You Brian

with the little bit of talking to brian i have done he is indeed a great guy. I went into an audio store lastnight while i was in san fransisco and to say the least i was not at all impressed by their attitude and i did not feel comfortable in the store at all. And i left nuff said. on the other hand when i first got to california i went to a place in santa rosa called audio video showroom and was greeted with smiles and great attitude, Jeff, the guy showing me around was nice and demoed all kinds of stuff for me even though he knew i wasnt going to buy anything. it was a much better experience than i got yesterday. And thats the kind of thing that people want is good friendly honest people and that is what you get with brian and other places i have done buisness with like Axiom and YAWA online.

Keep up the good work guys! :D

Some places are really a joy to go to. There are a few stores that insist that you take your time...and if you like...the room is yours...and yours alone. This is after they know you aren't going to buy anything right now (I suppose it's just good business to get you back when you are ready) Other places can be a stinkin' joke. It looks as tho Brian's one of the good guys ;)

I haven't bought anything from ya Brian...but thanks just the same!!!:beerchug:

The advantage of buying from Brian is that you can actually talk to him, and not just some order taker. While he doesn't carry everything I need or covet, you can be sure his website and the audiokarmashop are the first places I check. :)
His service is impeccable.
