klipsch k.g 3.5

just picked up a pair of kg3.5 in mint shape for$139 does any one know what thay reteal price was i know that thay were made between 95 and 97, also whats are some recomends on cableing for klipsch im using audioquast however i think that there a little bright with them thanx :scratch2:

kg 3.5...also sold to Military customers at their Xchanges as KM 4s (read my saga of a mint pair of KM 4s UPS destroyed delivering them to me...I never got to hear them...:( ...supposed to be a nice sounding speaker...you got a nice price...I use 14GA lamp cord...I have tried nice Mon$ter cable (it was free), Carol branded extention cord, outdoor lighting cord and lamp cord and have heard no differences between these...only the price was different and the jacket was different...extension cord was too heavy IMO, Mon$ter was great but I wouldn't buy any at their price, outdoor lighting cord has a thick jacket, lampcord doesn't "look" cool but works just fine. Good score and enjoy...try klipsch.com forum for more info than you might find here...
