Hi All,
I am replacing my filter caps in the Marantz 2275. I know someone had posted about this before and were using Sprague caps.
The problem I am having is finding the post and also finding caps that are around 13000uF +/- AND 55v+ AND under 3.5 inches in height.
I have a Sprague cap from MOUSER but it is 4.1 inches and way too high for the chassis.

Anyone that has done this before and found a cap that fits your help is greatly appreciated.

have a great stereo weekend!

The Visnays pretty well limit you to 10k or 11k units in the height limit as you have to go all the way to 75v units. You may want to look at the Panasonic T-UP or T-HA units at Digikey. They're a little more compact but not as bad as the 35mm dia caps. They have a bit better ripple as well than 35mm caps.
