CD 2.1x question

I have tried to contact you over the past month or so, but I'm not sure you've received my emails. So, I thought I would post here. I have an AN CD 2.1x I purchased used a while ago, before I had heard of AK. As of late, it isn't working. It started off having trouble finding tracks in 'random' mode, then suddenly, it wouldn't power up.

I've been very happy with this unit and would like to have it looked over. I was hoping you could direct me to an appropriate resource for this. I'm in Columbus and the unit is boxed and ready to ship. I understand there is a local source that does nice work on pro sound equipment, but I was hoping to find someone familiar with this piece.

First off, I'm sorry that you've been left hanging with a malfunctiongin Audio Note CD player for the past month or so. For whatever reason, I never received your e-mails regarding this unit - if I had, I would have been on top of this a while back!

At any rate, Audio Note currently has two U.S. service centers: High End Audio Repair in Brooklyn, NY (phone = 718 377 8010), and True Sound in Campbell, CA (phone = 408 370 7578). But before calling either of these service centers, I would recommend contacting Audio Note's new U.S. distributor.
