When i got home i fierd up the sub but it wouldnt turn on so i opened it up and did one solder and it went right on but heres where im confused. There is no sound to the speakers which is odd because i get sound from the sub im gong to open it back up and do a deoxit and see what else i can do. Any suggestions

Sub woofers use a "high pass" filter to feed your main speakers, cutting off some of the deep bass to them but feeding them all the rest of the range.
Then it passes the low bass to the subwoofer's speaker (on a non powered sub) or to the input of a power amp and then to a speaker (a powered sub).
Try to look for bad solder connections on the PCB that has the red and black speaker in\out connectors soldered to it, movement may have loosened something, or extremely high power may have fried the components. :sigh:
