Marantz 4300 Quadro Receiver - Powersupply Board Connections ?

Hi Guys,

Can Anybody, who knows him, give me a little help?

I need to Re-Wire the Wires.
But iam not Shure if its right :scratch2:

This is the Layout of a Marantz 4300 Power Sopply Board - P800:

Here is a Picture of the Board from Top. Iam not shure about the White and Black Wires.

I dont wont him firing up, before i have the right Connections :nono:

Trace the white wire you have hooked to J808. What does it lead to?
Trace the black wire you have hooked to J807.
What does it lead to? Do both wires eventually end up coming together
or lead to the same spot?

Oh man, thats a good question.

Black wire -> J808
White wire -> J808

But, not at the Pin. Maybe in the Transformator?

Picture2: Both big Cap's upper right corner. C805 and C806.

At the Minus of the C806 (lower one ),should it be a black, or white wire?

I have taken a close look to this Point. There are only RED and BLACK Wires!
No white ones. But I have one white for the Pin JP808, where also the black is?


In the other Hand, i have a WHITE Wire to solder at the P800(JP808)

Ok, lets try in opposite Way.

There are a Couple af Rectifier Diodes: H813 and H812.
What they should have, to run? AC? So maybe only the Black wire should go to JP805??? Than, only the White Wire goes to JP807 ??

Hello, exchange the black with the white wire! The black wire goes to ground, you will short out the negative voltage from the rectifier!
