Well we've had a good run. And I need to get a hold of Thebes asap to see if he can pick something up for me this weekend.

What the heck is Colters good news?
Scott,
I have Thebes' email address. Can you email me through AK? It's mr_fini at comcast dot net.
Heh, yeah Colter. Likes to draw things out a bit, eh?
Scott,

Yes, it is. I sent a message to our IT staff....not sure who's on call today. Thankfully, it's been going down much less frequently than it used to.

Looks like the whole Klipsch website is down now.
Dang, I wanted to get on there and brag about the new CDP I bought last night! I ordered a demo Heart CD6000OSE LE. Frank Stuppel (the US distributor) is selling these on Audiogon. Daddy Dee has one (as well as an Ah!) and he loves it. I'm looking forward to comparing it to my very decent Sony CE775 5-disc player currently in use with the BBX/TEAC amp/Khorn rig.
Here's Frank's website: http://www.fsaudioweb.com/
and the Audiogon ad: http://cls.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cls.pl?dgtlplay&1163963479

ColterPhoto, you have 4 hours to fix the Klipsch website or you're fired. :music:

Parrot,
You're too easy on him. He should have fixed it 4 hours ago!

Den Mother: I wonder if it's possible the forum crashed because so many folks were trying to download the new video files that went up on Friday? Some of those files are pretty large.

Well, I guess I should maybe go outside or something. My finger needs a break from hitting my forum link. Ooh, it's nice out there!

And it's still down this late at night...drats!
I didn't know the Heart also used a Marantz chassis like the Ah! What's so darn special about that particular chassis? Not to diss Marantz CD players, but their aesthetics never did much for me. I wish that someday Ah! would design their own cabinets, but I guess that would cost the consumer much more than the cost of the Ajoe Tjobe now.

I found out this morning that we did some network maintenance over the weekend, and the forum being down was part of it. I sure wish they would've alerted me in advance!!!!

Folks, I've closed this one. There's nothing horrible here, but let's talk about music, gear, audio issues, or whatever, and avoid the negativity toward another forum.
If AK were experiencing technical issues on a frequent basis, I'd hate to see us bashed on another forum, so I'm extending the same courtesy to Klipsch.
Admins, you can always unlock it if I'm confused... ok, more confused than normal. :D
