The wife is way into Celtic music mostly the harp and flute type not the bagpipe version. Especially with female voices.

I was wondering if anyone might know of any quality stuff that could be found on vinyl LP's we do CD's but she has a bunch of those and I would like to have some LP's to offer her.

How about Fairport Convention. They are sort of a combination of rock, folk with some celtic.

The Chieftans- Tears of Stone (Check out ebay auction 220050432509) A great compilation of Celtic female vocals. everyone from Diana Krall, Joni Mitchell, to Bonnie Raitt Great stuff, Great recording.
