That looks like the base from an old dentist's chair.

Something a fellow on a metalworking board I'm on said "a redneck with a welder is a dangerous thing." I'm thinking that could be applied to artsy audiophiles.

There are some nice parts in the table but it looks like an exercise in over engineering. He lost me when he spelled hydraulic incorrectly 3 times in the listing. :yes:
