Now here is a nice metal base that I wouldn't mind having. Sadly I just won't cough up that kind of coin for no dang tube. To bad though, really sweet...

Sure the tube is sweet... but look at the cost ($130) with :50 still to go! Let me know what she sells for. When I run 2a3s (which is never) I actually like the Mullard fat-base a tad more than the metal base Amperex.

I won't say that is crazy... but damn that is ALOT of loot for one (1) rectifier tube! What would Rob think?!
