Anyone from the North Metro area - The Buford Goodwill near Mall of Georgia has A LOT of good vinyl right now. Usually I pick a place clean, but this time I couldn't afford to get all the ones I wanted. I got over 65 records and I could have bought that much more if I had the cash. The clerk said they came in yesterday - probably over 1000. They were still putting them out while I was rummaging through them.

I just came from the Buford Goodwill and Barclay is dead on about this collection. I went through about 1000 LPs this morning. The overwhelming majority are in VG or better. There is a little of everything there. Lots of hair metal, prog rock, 80s new wave, 70s rock, and other similar stuff. It is worth your time to go look. The LPs are all over the store (ask the clerks and they will show you).
There is no remaining Elvis, Beatles, Stones, or Zeppelin. But you will find Yes, ELP, ELO, Genesis, Mountain, Heart, some 70s jazz, some 70/80s classical, some new wave, and some folk.
I cleared out the remaining Blue Note jazz LPs, the Living Stereo classical LPs, the Ventures LPs, and Beatles solo LPs. I also picked up some punk and 80s alternative stuff that I did not have in decent condition. I think I got about 80 LPs.

Strangeband,
if you haven't been over there you need to go. 2 members other than myself have been and I think between the 3 of us we removed around 300 records. I am sure there are still some good titles there. Most are in VG-EX condition.
Run - Don't Walk... Good vinyl tunes await you. :music:

Alas, it will be tomorrow before I have any chance to head that way, and even that is doubtful.
