With all the reel to reel tape deck owners here, I can't help but wonder how many of them might have a proper calibration tape from MRL, and how many of those would be willing to lend it to a fellow tape deck owner so that they might PROPERLY calibrate their decks, instead of making a test tape from a machine that is in unknown condition.... Anyone willing to lend me a test tape? ^__^ I only need two frequencies. 1 KHz @ 0dB and 10 KHz @ 0dB. 185, 250, or 320 nWb/m, NAB, 7.5 and/or 15 IPS.

I have a calibration tape for reel to reel. Have to look for it, but it was for reel to reel units in one of the radio teaching facilites and I kept it when the units were tossed. send me an e-mail and I will get back to you as soon as I dig around in the junk/storage closet.
