Hi there. Yes, I am in Capitola but work over in Sunnyvale. There is a place up on Water Street just down from the old Branciforte school. I've been in there once. The guy there will have a variac since they specialize in restoring old guitar amps. I've never had work done by him, though, so can't vouch for the service.
