I had the FM "squeal" will my S-7300 as well. Examine resistor r803 (100 ohm) on the power supply board. Mine drifted high. I replaced the filter caps, diodes as well. While at it, there's filter cap c311 on the MPX board as well. All's well now. Hope this helps. I used schematic at...

On the transformer secondaries you have an AC leakage path to ground. The c9 & c10, .004uf (more likely .0047uf), could be leaky. One or both could be the culprits.
