G-22000 - protection circuit time delay problem

:rockon:I admit I love my G-22000 but my AU-9500 is a lot more fun. I would say my G-22000 is made to enjoy with the look and the AU-9500 is to enjoy with your eyes closed! If you understand me!

G-22000 - protection circuit time delay problem

Funny, my G-22000 usually gives this problem when the weather is wetter and colder, who knows!

Sansui in movie star is born 1976 version.

Would it be a Sansui AU-20000, a TU-9900 and an SR-737 that appear in the 1976 star is born movie?

    AU-9500 bias problem?

One question: where to connect the multimeter leads? Should I connect the positive and negative on the same fuse holder? Even knowing that the fuse F002 F004 are positive?

Which Speakers are You Using for Your Sansui Amps

I have my E-70 connected to my Sansui AU-9500 and play better than with the G-22000. I really love this integrated, if I had the E-90 they would surely be connected to the AU-9500!

Another AU-9500 with static sound on the left channel!

So ... sansui is going back to the bench! He's turning on too fast! And this is causing a click on the speakers, in fact it's the noise of the relay setting!

Another AU-9500 with static sound on the left channel!

I understand! So 15mV would be something around 32mA. And to get to 35mA I would have to raise the bias to about 16.5. Should I change from 15mv to 16.5mv?

Another AU-9500 with static sound on the left channel!

The last question: -What would be the best fit sonically speaking 30mA or 40mA?

This I understood, I would like to delve a little more!

Another AU-9500 with static sound on the left channel!

I set it at 15mv as you instructed, I just wanted to know how you got this result!

Another AU-9500 with static sound on the left channel!

Could someone explain me better the mathematics of bias tuning measured through the 0.47kohm resistor? I did some accounts and got the following result: 30mA = 14.1mV; 40mA = 18.8 Are my calculations correct or am I missing out on the way?
