I ordered some eby connectors as you did for the Empire 598, would you explain what you mean by soldering the pin "through the top?" Do you mean from the side that plugs in, which I can see are hollow? If you do, I am wondering how as you say to keep the solder off the pins given that they are so small and since my hands shake and so on? I'm assuming that once I start soldering from the pin side it will be self-explanatory?
